Over the last decade there has been an increase of nearly 40% in global tea production. But the sector has not seen a sufficient increase in worker wages, farmer incomes and safe and empowering workplaces.
To address these social and environmental sustainability challenges, we facilitate multi-stakeholder partnerships between tea companies, civil society organisations, and governments.
